Coax-magnetrons
For more than 50 years, CPI’s Beverly Microwave Division has been producing and designing microwaves for the military, commercial and industrial markets worldwide.
CPI offers magnetrons in the frequency range from 0.915 – 35 GHz and with an output power from 100 watts to 35 MW peak.
The magnetrons can be delivered with fixed frequency, mechanically tuned or sophisticated “agility tuning”.
Klystrons
CPI produces and designs pulsed and “CW” klystrons.
CPI produces pulsed klystrons in the frequency range from 0.805 – 35 GHz with an output power of up to 5 MW peak.
CPIs produce “CW” klystrons in the frequency range from 0.476 GHz to 18.1 GHz with an output power up to 1.2 MW CW.
TWTs
CPI produces and develops both Coupled Cavity TWTs as well as Helix.
TWTs Pulsed Coupled Cavity TWTs are available in the frequency range from 2.7 – 96 GHz with an output power up to 200 kW peak.
CW Coupled Cavity TWTs are available in the frequency range from 1.75 – 96 GHz with a CW output power of 40 kW CW.
Helix TWTs are available in the frequency range from 2 – 40 GHz with an output power up to 3 kW CW.
Gyrotrons
CPI produces and develops 3 types of gyrotrons:
- Pulsed Gyrotron Oscillators
- CW Gyrotron Oscillators
- Gyrotron Amplifiers
Pulsed Gyrotron Oscillators are available in the frequency range from 8 – 250 GHz with an output power up to 500 kW peak.
CW Gyrotron Oscillators are available in the frequency range from 28 – 140 GHz with an output power up to 1 MW CW.
CPI has a Gyrotron amplifier of 94 GHz with a bandwidth of 700 MHz and an output power of 100 kW peak
Power Triodes and Tetrodes
Eimac is today a division of CPI. CPI Eimac manufactures and develops Power Triodes and Tetrodes for the following markets: Broadcasting, communications, industrial, research and medical devices.
Power Triodes and Tetrodes are delivered in the frequency range from sound to 2 GHz with an output power up to 500 kW CW.
